Closure Notice: Christmas, New Year’s & Inventory Audit

It’s December! The holiday season is here. Atlas Coffee Importers collected holiday schedules from our warehouse vendors and combined it with our calendar.

Atlas Coffee Importers will be closed
Thursday, December 24, Friday, December 25 & Friday, January 1.

A full inventory audit is required of each warehouse. It is scheduled for Monday, January 4. On this date, none of our coffee can move in or out of any warehouse. While orders will not be available for pick up or shipment on this date, our team will available to accept and process new orders which will be made ready go January 5 or later.

How to Place an Order

When submitting your order, please make sure you are emailing the correct personnel to avoid missed orders or processing delays. Help us to help you by including your preferred will call or shipping date in your request so that we can process your order appropriately. Orders submitted without a specified date will be processed for the next available pick up or shipping date.

The holiday season is normally a busy time for parcel and freight carriers and many shipments take longer than estimated transit times. This year, volumes are higher than ever - with so many people relying on online ordering. Freight is taking considerably longer than normal. Place your orders early to ensure that you have coffee when you need it. Due to high order processing volumes at each warehouse, they will be unable to accommodate rush requests. Please plan ahead.

When to Place an Order

Below you will find  graphics that you can use in determining when you need to order your beans in order to stay fully stocked. First, is a Winter Schedule showing when Atlas and our third-party warehouses will be closed or running only partial days. This is followed by Order Deadline graphics, which highlight when we need to have your request so that it can be prepared on the day needed. For each graphic, you may click to enlarge.

Order Deadlines

For the purpose of this graphic, "available" means that the order will be ready for will call, transfer, or pick up by a carrier on the specified date.
Shipping time is not included.
