Closure Notice: Christmas, New Year’s & Inventory Audit

We are quickly approaching the year-end holiday season. Atlas Coffee Importers collected holiday schedules from our warehouse vendors and combined it with our calendar.

Atlas Coffee Importers, Inc. will be closed Tuesday, December 24, Wednesday, December 25 & Wednesday, January 1.

A full physical inventory audit is required of each warehouse. It is scheduled for January 2. On this date, none of our coffee can move in our out of any warehouse. Orders will not be available for will call pick up and shipments will not depart. Customer Service will be available on this date to accept and process new orders which will be made ready go January 3 or later.

Placing an Order

When submitting your order, please make sure you are emailing the correct personnel to avoid missed orders or processing delays. Our daily order cutoff time remains the same, unless noted in the graph below. Include your preferred will call or shipping date in your request so that we can process your order appropriately. Orders submitted without a specified date will be processed for the next available pick up or shipping date.

Winter weather and a busy time for freight carriers, may result in longer than estimated transit times. Place your orders early to ensure that you have coffee when you need it. Below you will find two graphics that you can use in determining when you need to order your beans in order to stay fully stocked. The first is the Winter Schedule, which shows when Atlas and our third-party warehouses will be closed or running only partial days. The second, Order Deadlines, highlights when we need to have your request so that it can be prepared on the day needed. For each graphic, you may click to enlarge.

Blank cells mean the facility has not reported special hours. Be advised that facilities that list "Early Close" on 12/24 and 12/31 have advised that most LTL carriers do not pick up from their location on those dates.

Standard cutoff times remain, unless noted below.

For the purpose of this graphic, "ready" means ready for will call pick-up, transfer, or outbound shipment. Shipping time is not included. Due to high order processing volumes at each warehouse, they will be unable to accommodate rush requests. Please plan ahead.
