Atlas Coffee Importers is looking to fill a temporary contract position at our Northwest Seattle office.
We want to hire a Logistics Assistant to support our Customer Service and Logistics department. This person will report to the Manager of Customer Service and Logistics. Responsibilities will include collecting, proofing, processing and filing documents for the inbound and outbound logistics specialists, reviewing and coding department invoices, helping with the outbound sample process.
Candidates must have an exceptional attention to detail and excellent time management skills. We require intermediate experience with Excel and Outlook.
