Monday, July 1st is Canada Day, and Thursday, July 4th is Independence Day. Holidays affect operating schedules for Atlas and our partners. Roasters are recommended to use the information listed below into consideration and ordering in advance to ensure coffee is ready when needed.
- Monday, July 1st Seaforth and all Canadian freight providers are closed. Atlas Coffee Importers and all U.S.-based warehouses and providers are open.
- Wednesday, July 3rd Continental Terminals NJ and VA will close at 3pm. See deadline information below. Atlas Coffee Importers and all other U.S.-based warehouses and providers are open along with Seaforth and Canadian freight vendors.
- Thursday, July 4th Atlas Coffee Importers and all warehouses and freight providers in the U.S are closed. Seaforth and all Canadian freight providers are open.
- Friday, July 5th The Green Room is closed. Atlas Coffee Importers and all other U.S.-based warehouses and providers are open along with Seaforth and Canadian freight vendors.
Ordering Deadlines & Availability (Times listed are Pacific Daylight Time)
- Will Call/Shipping on July 3? Orders Due July 2 at 9am for Annex, or at 11am for all other warehouses
- Will Call/shipping on July 4 out of Seaforth? Orders due July 3 at 11am. All other warehouses are closed July 4th.
- Will Call/Shipping on July 5? Orders due July 3 at 9am for Annex and CTI NJ/VA, or at 11am for Dupuy, Paris, and Seaforth. All other warehouses are closed July 5th.
- Will Call/Shipping on July 8? Orders due July 3 at 11am for TGR and Costa Oro. Orders due July 5 at 9am for Annex. Orders due July 5 at 11am for all other warehouses.
Warehouses will not be able to accommodate rush requests. If a deadline is missed, we will process it for the following business day.
