Office Manager

Mikaela was born and raised right here in the Great Pacific Northwest. After her first seventeen years in Washington, she moved away to attend Hawaii Pacific University. While in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, she worked around the corner at the (then small) Honolulu Coffee Company. After graduation, Mikaela tried her hand at adulting by handling administration for a plastic/reconstructive surgeon’s office. Fast-forwarding a few years, she moved to back Seattle and made a triumphant return to coffee! She became a production roaster for Caffe Appassionato where she worked intimately on Italian-styled roasts and perfecting the art of production. It was Mikaela’s work in production where she discovered her love of a well-executed system and procedure.

Outside of work, her time is spent playing bust a move on her phone, scuba diving in Hawaii, running shenanigans with family and friends, and training her pup.

Mikaela joined Atlas in 2018. She is responsible for drinking the office coffee, smiling (smiling a lot), oh and making the office run smoothly. She is overjoyed to be working with the Atlas team!
