The Green Room recently began its relocation to Sumner. Due to severe flooding, however, this move remains ongoing, and The Green Room continues to experience delays catching up on orders and processing new ones. Currently, all new orders include an estimated ship or will-call pickup date (subject to change) at their new location in Sumner. This date is only an estimate until The Green Room confirms the DO receipt and ship/will-call date. Both the Atlas and TGR teams are working around the clock to keep customers updated on new and previous orders, and problem-solve as needed.
Looking ahead, freight carriers will not be shipping on Christmas Eve, Wednesday, December 24. Orders placed on Tuesday, December 23, for LTL shipments will ship on Friday, December 26, with shortened pick-up hours from 7:30-11 AM. Christmas is on Thursday, December 25, and New Year’s Day is on Thursday, January 1. Our office will be closed on those days in observance of the holidays, and warehouses will also be operating with adjusted schedules. Happy Holidays!

Temporary Pause in Outbound Orders
To allow time for the transfer of green coffee to the new warehouse, TGR will pause all outbound Atlas orders on Thursday, December 11, and Friday, December 12.
Key Dates & What to Expect

Tuesday, Dec. 9 Orders:
Will be fulfilled and available for pickup as usual at the Auburn facility on Wednesday, Dec. 10. -
Wednesday, Dec. 10 Orders:
Will be fulfilled from the new Sumner facility starting Tuesday, Dec. 16th. -
Wednesday, Dec. 17:
Outbound shipping and will-call service resume from Sumner. Will call/pick-up date will be confirmed when your order is processed.
Will-Call Location:
Check-in is on the east side of the facility, between bay doors 42 & 43.
