Atlas Coffee Importers and many of our warehouse partners will be closed in observance of the holiday.
- Closed: Atlas Coffee Importers, The Annex (CA), Continental (NJ), Dupuy (all locations)
- Open: Paris Brothers (KC), Seaforth (BC), and The Green Room (WA) will be open.
- Carriers will be operating on their normal schedules.
Placing an Order
When submitting your order, please make sure you are emailing the correct personnel to avoid missed orders or processing delays. Our daily order cutoff time remains the same, unless noted in the graph below. Include your preferred will call or shipping date in your request so that we can process your order appropriately. Orders submitted without a specified date will be processed for the next available pick up or shipping date.
- Email orders to Customer Service for Michelle and Sophia to process. CustomerService.Atlas@nkg.coffee.
- Email questions about warehouses and freight transportation to Donna. Outbound.Atlas@nkg.coffee.
Ordering Deadlines
Orders finalized before our standard deadlines on Friday, January 17th will be available on:
- Monday, January 20th at Paris Brothers, Seaforth and The Green Room.
- Tuesday, January 21st at The Annex, Continental NJ, and Dupuy Warehouses
Orders finalized after the deadline on Friday, January 17th but before the deadline on Tuesday, January 21st will be made available on Wednesday, January 22nd at any warehouse.
