Please be aware of year end scheduling changes that will impact your ordering.
- Dec 24 and 25: Atlas Coffee Importers is closed
- Dec 31: Physical Inventory (all warehouses. No coffee may leave the warehouse.)
- Jan 1: Atlas Coffee Importers is closed
- Jan 2: Physical Inventory Continued (CTI NJ only)
During the holiday season, shipments may take longer to move from the warehouse to your facility. Also, modified schedules may require you to place your order early to ensure that you have what you need when it’s needed. When submitting your order, please include your preferred will call or shipping date so that we can process it appropriately. Orders submitted without a date specified will be processed for the next available pick up or shipping date.

Standard daily deadlines are to be presumed unless noted.
Warehouse Will Call and LTL Hours
Unless noted below, warehouses will run their standard Will Call and LTL pick-up hours.
