Atlas Coffee Importers, our warehouse partners, and all carriers will be closed on Monday, September 2, 2019 in honor of Labor Day. The Green Room and Continental-NJ will also close early on Friday, August 30.
Customers should take the information listed below into consideration when managing inventory and planning orders. We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure coffee is ready when needed.
Ordering Deadlines & Availability (Times listed are Pacific Daylight Time)
For shipment on Tues, Sept 3rd, orders must be finalized by:
- 4pm on Thurs, Aug. 29 for pick up or shipment from CTI NJ.
- 10am on Fri, Aug 30 for pickup or shipment on Tues, Sept. 3 from The Green Room
- Orders received after 10am on Friday for shipment/pick up from The Green Room will be pushed to a Wednesday ship date.
- 11am on Fri, Aug 30 for pick up or shipment on Tues, Sept. 3 from all other warehouses.
Orders received after the above-listed deadline, but prior to 11am on Tues, Sept. 3 will be processed with a pick up/ship date of Wed, Sept. 4.
PLEASE NOTE: The Green Room’s LTL pickup hours will be 12pm – 2pm on Friday.
In the past, when TGR changes the LTL pickup hours, most drivers assigned to pick up on Friday simply do not go. If your order’s shipment is time-sensitive, I highly suggest placing your order by Wednesday morning to ensure a Thursday ship instead.
